This is a great piece of news; we have been backed by the Kroll Foundation for Jewish Culture in New York City to help with the distribution of our film in America. This is a prestigious award, funded in part by Spielberg’s foundation. Read about it at Screen Daily as well!
Hope you can make it to the next screening of How To Re Establish A Vodka Empire at the Curzon Soho this coming tuesday 6th December 6.30pm. Dan’s not so fresh back from a voyage across Ukraine and ready for his Q&A.
The screening of the film at the Tricycle Cinema as part of the UK Jewish film Festival went down a treat, helped with a shot of Zorokovich 1917 vodka. Here’s a lovely review on Britfliks written after the event.
Next screening at Curzon Soho -Tuesday December 6th at 6.30pm as part of docdays

Thank you to everyone you came along ,watched and supported the premier of the film at the BFI London Film Festival on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We were there on the Thursday for the Q&A with Michael Hayden and drinks after with crew, cast, friends and our Ukrainian researchers who came over especially for the premier which was fantastic. A big thank you again and if you missed it this time look out for more upcoming screenings which so far include London Jewish Film Festival and Curzon Soho. Thanks to Christophe for taking photos on the night. Below – Dan, Hilary, Rachel Wexler and Christo Hird, Dan and Hilary, Michael Hayden asking questions, Ukrainian researchers Victoria, Sergii and Alex in Skylon bar.
Hilary and Bob had fun collaborating on making the poster last week and today we picked massive copies up from the printers and sped over to the BFI with them – very exciting!
